Over the years, I’ve found myself coming back to it whenever life throws challenges my way. Every time I watch it, I take away something new—something that helps me keep going when things get tough.
A lot of people think resilience is about being tough all the time, never feeling doubt, never breaking down. But that’s not what The Shawshank Redemption teaches.
Real resilience isn’t about being unshakable—it’s about finding a way forward, even when everything seems impossible.
