Happiness is subjective, and it looks different for everyone, but there are certain habits that women who are genuinely happy in their lives seem to practice consistently.

It’s not about having a perfect life or being positive all the time.

And it’s definitely not about pretending everything is fine when it’s not.

It’s about adopting daily habits that contribute to your well-being and joy, even when things get tough.

Here’s what I’ve learned from observing and interacting with women who seem to have happiness all figured out.
