After a lot of soul-searching and discussion with friends who’ve felt the same, I’ve compiled a list of 7 signs that might indicate you’re unhappy with life but haven’t fully realized it. If these hit home, it might be time to pause and reevaluate.

1) Feeling disconnected from others

One of the most telling signs that you may be unhappy with life is a sense of disconnection.

You might find yourself increasingly withdrawing from social activities or feel like an outsider in your own circles. Even when surrounded by your closest friends or family, you may feel an insurmountable wall between you and them, as if you’re living on an entirely different wavelength.

This isn’t just about being an introvert or enjoying some alone time – which is perfectly normal.
