1) Overcommitment

One of the biggest hurdles to success is the habit of saying “yes” to everything.

In our attempts to please everyone, we often overcommit ourselves. We take on more work than we can handle, join more groups than we have time for, and agree to social engagements when we’re already stretched thin.
