Don’t forget – the key to making this habit stick is consistency. Despite the ups and downs of life, always find something to be grateful for. Even if it’s just a pretty sunset, or how yummy your dinner was. The little things are worth paying attention to.
2) Embrace the power of reading
I’ve always been an avid reader, but it wasn’t until I made it a daily habit that I truly started to see its transformative power.
You see, books are like windows to different worlds and perspectives.
They can nurture your imagination, expand your knowledge, and challenge your beliefs.

Now, I aim to read at least 20 pages a day.
