Yet, there are those who enjoy it. They bask in the limelight and enjoy sharing their ideas. Public speaking is often acclaimed as an adrenaline sport for these individuals.

Think about it, you’re up there alone, all eyes on you, and the entire room hanging on each word you utter. Radio silence feels like an eternity!

The ability to weather this storm and enjoy it, or at least bear it without a bead of cold sweat, speaks volumes about your mental strength. It’s indeed not everyone’s cup of tea, but those who can handle it with zero stress, kudos to you!

2) Keeping up with exercise routines

Oh the joys of setting an alarm for the crack of dawn, tying up those sneakers, and hitting the pavement for a run. Some days, it feels as if my body does everything to resist.

6) Failing spectacularly
